Leadership Coach and Thought Partner | Professional Development Trainer Betsy Day is the principal of Special Projects Consulting, LLC., aka Signature Presence at Work; and a long-term consultant with Casey Hall Training Associates. She coaches leaders and delivers professional development virtual and in-person training programs to the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, corporate companies, and non-profit organizations on the East Coast and beyond.
Inspired by creating an inclusive, dynamic learning and development experience for all, Betsy merges the best techniques of in-the-moment coaching with training best practices. The center of attention is effectiveness – the balance of results and engagement at work.
