Crystell Anthony
Crystell Anthony, Principal of the Focus Group, has 35 years of experience designing and facilitating training programs for executive, managerial, and administrative professionals. She has worked with over 300 organizations in the United States and internationally. She designs and delivers customized skill training programs in customer service, personal effectiveness, team building, management, and leadership development. Crystell is known for her creativity and ability to facilitate programs that motivate teams and individual contributors to higher levels of performance, productivity, and job satisfaction. Clients characterize her trainings as “energizing, applicable to the real world and memorable”, “never be boring” and “always treats people with respect.” A graduate of Indiana University and Northeastern University, Crystell Anthony holds a Master of Education and Certificate of Advanced Graduate Study, and Myers–Briggs Type Indicator certification. She is an instructor for Northeastern University and has served as a facilitator for Boston University’s Corporate Training Department since 1992.
