Deborah has decades of first-hand leadership experience, having worked in government, nonprofit, and industry. For 25 years, she’s been a sought-after leadership development coach, consultant, and facilitator. She has extensive experience working with Massachusetts state agencies and nonprofits as a manager and consultant.
Deborah’s been certified as a coach for 13 years and has coached hundreds of people from all walks of life. She is a Professional Certified Coach and has numerous other degrees and certifications.
