Donna Jenson has been an executive coach, trainer, and consultant to the public, non-profit, and small business sectors for over three decades. Her range of focus includes assisting executives and program directors as well as delivering trainings for all levels of employees. She has helped organizations to navigate change, build high-performance teams, and undertake conflict resolution as well as design effective strategic plans and their implementation. She has coached leaders from a wide variety of institutions and organizations regionally, nationally, and internationally. Donna holds a master’s degree in Organizational and Leadership Development from New York University. She has held faculty positions in Human Relations and Counseling at the New York Theological Seminary, and in the Department of Labor and Management at Cornell University.
