Lisa Harrison is a consultant who has been working in the public and private in diversity, equity, and inclusion management for over 20 years. Lisa Harrison develops and delivers in-person training as well as virtual trainings, and custom eLearning, and works with organizations offering technical assistance on diversity, inclusion, and equity in the workplace. Lisa's trainings are Racial Dialogues, Racial Equity, Challenging Your Bias and Becoming an Upstander, Diverse Customer Service, Building an Inclusive Neurodiverse Workforce, Microaggressions in the Workplace, Creating an Affirming Environment for LGBTQIA Employees, Working with Generations in the Workplace, Authentic Allyship, Employee and Manager Diversity Training, Identifying and Reporting Sexual Harassment in the Workplace – Creating workplace Civility, and Creating an Environment Free of Work Bullies. Lisa holds a Bachelor of Arts from Simmons University and a Master of Business Administration from the Simmons School of Management. As a Latinx immigrant gay person, Lisa not only has professional experience with delivering diversity training but also personal experience of how diversity has impacted her life.
