Lisa is an accomplished leader who drives successful workforce development initiatives in fast-paced, innovative organizations with complex needs and manages training initiatives for a diversified and dispersed workforce. She has more than 25 years of experience in training development, delivery, and consulting focused on instructional design, needs assessment, strategic planning, program management, change management, and systems implementation. She is known for cultivating a learning culture, building trusting strategic relationships, and developing high-quality programs with limited resources.
Lisa spent nearly 8 years as the Director of Training and Staff Development for the Massachusetts Department of Public Health developing onboarding HR and management programs. Prior to DPH, Lisa designed and delivered training for proprietary financial and medical software systems using a range of content, learning development tools, and learning management systems. She has certifications in Diversity, FKA Instructional Design, Addie Model and Lean Six Sigma White Belt.
